Bleeding brakes..

Nothing.....nada....zilch

Hi All, finally managed to resolve an oil pressure issue, happy days!!! Took the car out and pretty much no brakes, the pedal goes flat to the floor with some resistance but not a great deal the car stops from 20ish but I can't lock up, it certainly not safe. Just tried bleeding the brakes and nothing, I'm using an Eezibleed but still nothing from front or rear. The cars an 83gti and has a rear compensator valve, the car is on the ground with rear loaded.
Any suggestions about how to resolve this? Anything else I need to check? Is their an in car way to check the master cylinder?
Am I looking at a new master cylinder?

Thanks for any help!!!!

I would try using someone to press the brake pedal down while you try to bleed as that will give you an indication if the master cylinder is shot.

I would pull the rear wheels and verify that the wheel cylinders aren't leaking.

Is your Eezibleed what e call a Power bleeder?

And yes your master cylinder can go and the main seal can allow fluid to pass into the Booster.  Is there any sign of a leak between the Booster and the master?

Be warned, that you have to take the Master Cylinder down equally.. that is spin one nut then the other in even strokes like 3 on one side then 3 on the other as if you don't then you can off set your biister, and break the booster rod can dislodge from the Diaphragm and go sideways in the master.
