Ashley manifold flexi

does anyone know if it's bolts and springs on flexi joint or just springs
I've used kit from 205 gti but when tighten up bolts springs or fully compressed
so I'm just thinking it shud be just springs 

Forgot say if I slacken off bolts exhaust blows
Only way think doing it put longer bolts in move springs out side of flange as I got springs in middle of flanges

the bolts go through the 2 plates and the springs should be on the back and act like washers
i fitted mine with the bolts going through the 2 plates and the springs and washers go on the back

Yip that's what I was thinking just need longer bolts. Thanks buddy
