02J manual clutch conversion cable

Hi, hope someone can help.

Carrying out a 1.8t conversion and I am converting my 02J gearbox to cable clutch. I have got the manual actuator fitted but need to order the right clutch cable. I have read some posts saying that small block cables fit. Is this correct? Does anybody have a part number?

I also need to purchase the bracket that holds the cable in place. mis there anything else I need?
