Outbox vs Sent Item in my messages?

Hi, I want to contact a guy selling his car and have PM'd him, however my messages show that they are sitting in my outbox and not my sentbox :dontknow: So have my messages be sent to the guy or are they waitng for me to send them of which I can't see a send button? Thanks in advance

It just means he/she hasn't read them yet dude.  :wink:
