Think we should have a comp for most ridiculously priced MK1 related item on Evilbay. Think I'm doing pretty well so far!

Over ?150!!! Madness, you could almost buy a mk1 for that…. though not a very good one!

They're the US spec quarterlights and (believe it or not) that's not a bad price for a pair. I've seen them go for more !  Trouble is, all the modders are looking for 'rare' bits to make their cars 'special'. If all Mk1's came with these, some people would pay a fortune for the fixed versions …….

That sounds like a good price to me. I would fit them to my car if i had the chance... and the money

Just drive the car…. the energy wasted on the hunt for 'rare' items….. plastic bumpers look so much better… openin quarter glass =  flies up the mouth - if your going fast enough of course…

If folk would spend more time de-rusting and getting their shell in good spec…
