Man do i love my new mk1!!

Ive had my new mk1 for a few weeks now and just thought id share how much i love it! Ive done a few easy jobs fuel pump, ign module and new radiator and metal coolant pipe. shes running sweet as a nut! just completed 1200 trouble free miles and ive driven her every day since i bought her! she was for sale on the forum and was a serious bargain. i plan a few subtle mods just to personalise her nothing irreversible just oem+ type mods ill post some pics when the makeover is complete heres one from the for sale thread that made me fall in love!!

What year model?

When you start liking the interior smell thats when you know you have an addiction to them.

Wish we had more down under in Australia.

Really nice looking car, sometimes perfection speaks louder than mods…I think more people will turn and say "Wow look at that perfect Mk1, unaffected by time, you don't see many of those in that condition nowadays." Rather than "Awesome…Look at the 19" amir khaans on that slam dunked pimped out mutha! 4" tailpipes rock!!"
If you get what I mean! That is quite a special car in my opinion..As it is!  :D

Yeah really good looking mk1, i have to agree with walt on the mods, is it a 1.6? As its an A plate so 83' shouldn't it be a campaign?

I'm now mk1less, ahhhhhhh!

My lord that is sooooperb! I have the same in lhasa, but the flat colours look seriously shiny when they're good. You get the wheels refurbed, if so i'd be really interested to know where.
