dangerous dogs act!
if the police think it looks like a dangerous dog. now considering i have people crossing the road to avoid my dog, this is a little worrying.
even other dog owners will cross the road. and my dog is very kind looking, she's always smiling.
this is obviously due to the stigma attatched to the dog by the goverment (wanting to add staffies to the dangerous dogs list).
why do they find it so hard to see thats it the owner that ultimately influences the dog, and thats what they need to sort out, instread of passing the buck onto our pets.
AAAAAAAAaaaaaaahhhhhh
that feels better,
thanks for lstening

If a dog's barking and snarling in public I'd say it's a dangerous dog. If its not it still may be.

have you ever watched that programme abot the dogs that get taken away when the owners cant proove there origins, this woman had 2 staffies taken away for a year because someone said they was pitbulls, & there is only 1 expert who the courts use who can say whether they are or not, you or i could see they were staffies but it was down to this one man, luckily she got her dogs back but who knows , dosent bear thinking about…

I've been bitten about 4 times and non was a pit bull type, 2 x sheep dogs, an alsation and a family pet heinz 57. It's the unpredictability of the attack. 3 of them were calm and placid before biting. One was what you'd call vicious looking, it actually stuck its snout thru some railings and grabbed my arm! All dogs can turn nasty for no apprent reason.

i tcould be you!
no only kidding, i activly incourage the poking, proding and teasing of my dog from an early age, she' never snapped at anything

she is supposed to be a staff (she's a bit petite compared to some)
this topic is close to many dog owners hearts, but others agree with it

I was attacked by a rottweiler (sorry spelling?) quite badly when I was young, but I have never ever blamed the dog for what happend or ever been scared of them since.
its just easy paperwork to blame a dog.

I must admit,if i'm out with my little girl i will give dogs with a 'reputation' a wide berth and keep a close on on them even when they've passed. That said and despite being an animal lover,if any mut touched my kids i would gladly chop it into small pieces.
