australain ute parts

bit of a long shot but my mate owns a holden ute that was imported from oz that needs a new rad but can't seem to get one here because the part numbers are from oz if you know what i mean so does anyone know how we can try to match the numbers hopefully to the manaro so he can get a new one in this country?

There's got to be specialists who do this kind of thing. There's loads, for USA imported cars, why not Aus imported pickups.
