Noisy fuel pump

Yeh, ive done a quick search and apparently, theyre are pretty noisy, but mine is really loud, a  constant buzzing, im going to try cleaning it all tomorrow, found a decent guide on here, and see if that helps!!

my only reason for investigating is ive just had my webers tuned, they are running fine, BUT today, as i went to pull off from the lights its bogged down!, now, it cant be the tuning as ive just had them balanced, mixture, etc, so its making me thing fuel starvation?!!?

but like i said, i will be flushing the system out, and seeing if that helps, just would like some advice!!
