Hazard warning switch lamp holder ?? Where to get one from ?

I have just got a replacement hazard switch from GSF but they dont supply the bulb holder. :dontknow: .!!

b4 you ask it appears the old broken one in my car doesn't have one either..

Does anybody know where I could get hold of one?
