Clipper cab sale advice

Post

I have got a 1990 g plate clipper cab.
It has been stored in our garage for years but we now need to sell it. It has done 117k I have a long list of history and everything I have done to it but it does have running issue which I believe is the fuel tank needs removing and cleaning out as I have replaced all fuel related items but not done this.

Basically I would like advice on how much it would be worth.
It needs a re spray, it is paprika red. Interior is pretty good. It'll idle all day long on the drive, but take it up the road and it cuts out, which is why I think the tank needs cleaning/changing as I think debris in the tank is being sucked against the fuel sender

Can't help much with the price but it's the wrong time of year to sell cabriolets, spring time is when most people starting thinking about driving with out a roof..

I guess it's a carburettor car you have?

Have you checked the fuel filler neck by removing the filler cap and shine a torch down there to check for rusty holes.

Getting it running and MOTed will add value.
Some pictures may help with pricing a car.

Need to get rid as is really as haven't got the time and need the space. Yeah it's a carb model, I've changed it for a Weber twin choke carb along with most of the fuel related stuff along with the fuel filler neck. I've documented everything I've changed on it and when I was using it had regular oil changes every few thousand miles. I've changed the inline fuel filter loads of times as it does fill up with grime. I did clean the tank out as best I could in situ but it needs taking out and cleaning out properly

It is a project, it's all there and wouldn't take that much so would be ideal winter project to get ready for the spring/summer
