Floppy wing mirrors..

Hi there

I have chrome flag wing mirrors and they won't hold their position for long. Once I start driving they flop and are pretty useless to the driver.

Is there a fix for this or do they need replacing ?
If I remove them is there something in the mirror itself which can be tightened to resolve this issue?
I've had a search and can't really find anything on the topic.

I'm guessing if you remove the 2 screws that hold it to the door there willl be a nut that holds the mirror 'flag' tight poss via a spring.

Its only 2 main components so if theres nothing to tighten you'll have to bodge by glueing it when its in the correct position
