Asks for payments as friends and family via paypal
If he buys something he contacts his bank and does a charge back
Emails from at least 10 different addresses offering parts for sale cheap

Oh! what the hell are you trying to post on here Shane ?? Is there any problem that I can only receive payment through family and friends. Didn't you get back your money?? just for you to get back your money I told you to make a  report on my PayPal account so that PayPal will automatically refund you since I was unable to make a refund from my own end and I provide you a screenshot so that you can understand me. I also send you my son's PayPal so that you can send to the PayPal as goods and services options, did you make any changes but I can't figure out why you have to post my email on here. It will be better you cleared my email address on here okay.
