Anyone have the Bilstein B12 kit?

I'm looking at the koni/H&R or Bilstein/Eibach kits and as I have awful coilovers, I need something with front struts rather than just damper inserts. 

KAM racing think the Bilstein are struts, can anyone confirm? It's pretty certain that the konis only come as an insert?

Oh- and can anyone recommend other parts to replace when doing a suspension overhaul?
