Anyone had anydealings with these? (See pic) Works out £400 after delivery and taxes,
Rather pricy but I imagine it improves things alot, probably better investment than an LSD.
I have upper front n rear already.
Any thoughts

I would rather buy a lsd, i could make a brace, couldnt make a lsd. Also just looks rather flimsy (to me) where the tubes cross over , would like to see that section with some gussets..

It's a tried n tested item has been raced with. Could beef it up myself quite easily if need be.
Fully braced and bushed with proper dialed in suspension, don't think I'd need a lsd,
Don't know for sure just pondering stuff

Personally I never needed on as I didn't drive my car on auto crosses or such, but I did drive them at speeds exceeding many a posted limit.  Now with that said, I made 2 upgrades to my Normal Suspension on my different Rabbits/Cabriolets over the years.

#1 was the addition of a Nuespeed Upper strut Brace. Made the front end more stable to me. On all my different itterations of GolfDom.

#2 on my 81 that I was driving for a work car, years ago there was a Company that had a Tail Dragger lift kit I had seen many a Rabbits/Golfs drive down the road Tail Dragging and as  work car I didn't want that.  .
It was 2 flat springs with a curve, that bolted to the Axle
gusset, then extended to the Body lift points.  When I added this my rear end of my 81 Golf didn't loose the Plane of the road with 3 200 lbs folks in the rear, it was constantly level.  The only down side was that when the rear shocks went, you never noticed a harsh ride, but you would see the Rear Tire have scuff marks on the middle of the tread from bouncing down the road after a bump.

I wished that I kept it when I sold my 81, but alas, I didn't think I would be hit by the Dub Bug again.  I have looked for this kit over the years, but after about 86 I never saw them adverted again, and I can't remember the Company that made them.

I do remember the company I bought them from JC Whitney but I never see them in any catalog I got pre-Internet, or on their web site Post internet.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.
