Rivage GTI cabby for sale

I've found a French replacement cabby so it's time to sell my Rivage.

It has all the usual stuff that a Rivage has:
- 1.8 litre fuel injected engine
- electric, lightly tinted windows
- hydraulic mohair roof
- wide bumpers and wheel arches
- extra set of headlights at the front
- WORKING MFA
- heated seats (drivers one randomly stopped working a while ago but passenger one still works so I think it's just a wire I need to wiggle somewhere)
- original Rivage wheels
- pearlescent "classicblau" paint (navy blue that turns purply in the sun) etc.

Plus:
- immaculate interior
- almost immaculate exterior (a few stone chips, scratch marks on back bumper, passenger side from French drivers' parking techniques)
- new mohair roof about three years ago
- all original accessories/carpets/trim
- new fusebox
- roof cover in great condition (I've never actually used it)
- Sony speakers in the back (plus standard speakers and tweeters in front door panels)
- Sony CD/MP3 stereo with detachable face

Reason for selling: I live in France with no intention of returning to the UK, so I just bought a cabby here instead.

Other bits:
- brand new blue carseat covers included
- she's done 135,000 miles
- full service history
- garaged
- 3 female owners (as far as I am aware…the previous female owner told me she bought it off the first owner but I have no idea how to check or prove this)
- much loved: well looked after and maintained
- wobbly passenger seat
- usual problem with hinges on glovebox (as in, they don't work anymore)
- 10cm mark on roof where someone cut through with a knife (fixed professionally in matching blue - no leaks - see pics in photos link below for close-up)
- car currently in France. I'm planning on driving her back in a week's time and getting her MOT'd and would like to sell her on the spot if possible, without road tax.
- photos galore here: http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=gbcv7x6.af6ngrdq&x=0&y=qaepdu

I'd like ?3000 please!

…and just to give you an idea:

The car will be back in the UK next Tuesday for MOT-age and viewable after that in Eastbourne.

Hi there - have seen this on Pistonheads too and thought it was your cabby!

Have persuaded my boyfriend that he wants a Rivage - he is in Portsmouth at the moment so will get him to call you so that he can have a look at the car when its back over here next week…

Rach :)

Right, I've made it back to the UK via the Netherlands and the car is ready to get sold. I'm actually really close to Brighton, rather than Eastbourne as previously mentioned.

Pah! It's gonna break my heart but I will consider offers under 3 grand to sell before Saturday (I head back to France on Sunday). Genuinely top car already worth every penny of 3 grand, so you'll be getting a bargain at anything less.

Hmmm, can only assume the mileage is putting people off. It couldn't have done so many if it wasn't such a great car. Runs like a dream and is way more responsive than my Quattro, which has the same engine (damn).

Still for sale…
