what are the differences between series 1 and series 2 wings/front panels?

Morning guys,

i have posted a little write up about my 1978 3 door S1 project in the 'readers project' section, but have a couple of bodywork questions:

1- what are the differences between the S1 front panel and a later S2 (cab) panel?, as the original one is shot, and i have a genuine S2 panel as a replacement.  Obviously the towing eye is one of them, but are the main differences around the slam panel?

2-What are the differences between S1 and S2 wings? The originals fell apart upon removal and i have some Genuine S2 wings as replacements. Is it just the bumper clip holes/aerial hole/side repeater pressings?

3-Where can i find the VAG stamps on the doors? One looks like its been replaced at some point with a pattern part, but i'd like genuine panels where possible and want to confirm if its genuine.
