seat material comes off..can i fix it?

took away the seat cover and found out that its basically in very good condition,
the only thing is that the fabric have come apart from the thin layer of foam so its now "hanging"
is it possible to have some skilled person stich it back as it was?
how much do you pay for it in the UK?
here in Sweden its quite expensive so i can think of sending the parts over..

Looks like the material has stretched.

Do you have any trimmers local to you.

Im sure they would need the seats rather than just the material to sort them out.

ill take on seat to the local trimmer and hear what they say..

They do need restitching and then that will tighten up the fabric.

I may be trying to restitch myself
basically its only for the driver seat . the other is nice
and the rear seat back parts looks as new..
