cabby rear clusters

alrite peoples, rear cabby clusters, can you split and re-seal them? ive got some spanking clear ones (which ive heard are a bit rare, not crystal clears, but v.nice indeed) they've got a bit dirty inside, im on a ready-for-summer clean up and any helpage would be fantastic!
