More Help PLEASE

I am still having problems with my car…. since having head gasket replaced and the cam shaft (i think) gasket did'nt seal……. its now been replaced. i occasionally have my oil light come on and the most awful alarm goes off too…..( tried turning stereo up but i can still hear it) this happens when car is hot…….i pull to side of road turn engine off then back on and its normally fine……….. but last night it did it twice….maybe in my mind but after the second time i turned heater full on and carried on with my journey without a problem….. then later drove home with no problem…… its like it only does it when it feels like it.

Any advice would be appreciated……… sorry to keep asking daft questions but i know very little about what makes my car tick and i am blonde……………………………………………….

Mandy - typical problem - there has been numerous discussions about this.  Firstly this might just be false alarms or could be actually be oil supply problems - have you checked your oil level?

Secondly this can be a false alarm fault - check out the other threads using the search function - there is quite a bit about it.

Clean or replace the crankcase breather(s), check the oil level and nine times out of ten, that will be the last you hear of it...

thanks guys……….i will get someone to look at it tonight i hope……. as for oil level……..its perfect and the car is running better than ever. till that awful buzzy thing starts………perhaps i should just get a louder stereo…lol
