cant get dizzy off

my mk 1 1800 clipper keeps packin in an bein a pain i thort it was feulin but it aint. now i need to get the dizzy off n work from thewre but its ceased on any suggestiions on how to get it off, i bin dousin it in wd40 all week n it still wont budge. HELP!

take off the clamp and scrape out all the crud out of the lip round the base of the dizzy with a thin screwdriver. drown it in proper penatrating oil (WD40 isnt much good) then leave it for an hour or so.  Try again, if it still wont budge get a set of mole grips and clamp them reasonably tight round the dizzy stem.  Then tap the handle of the mole grips gently with a hammer, you're trying to shock the dizzy loose rather than brute force it
