Alternator and O Rings - a couple of questions!

Hi,

Can someone tell me how you relaese the alternator on a 1991 Clipper, the adjustment link is not a problem but how do you release the pivot bolt. I have removed the belt cover and can see the bolt but it doesn't appear to be a normal bolt head?

Also, I need to replace the 'o' rings in the three way connection block that houses the thermo switches, is this a main dealer spares department or are they available elsewhere?
