1.6 fr code to 1.9 dx on twin 45's

Im looking at taking out my 1.6FR engine code in my mk 1 jetta and replacing it with a 1.9 tsr donnington dx engine on twin 45's which is currently in a mk2 golf.
Can anyone give me advice on the electronic ignition conversion side of the conversion. Or has anyone done a similar swap.

Tried a search but couldnt find what i was looking for.

the ignition loom drops in so no problem there, the mian thing is if your coil has a purple/white power feed from the fusebox you need to bin that and run a fresh 1.5mm2 wire to the fusebox
