New car (non mk1)

I have spent about 8 months trawling the net, looking for a car i like and have ended up buying this and absolutely love it to bits (apart from the 15-20mpg im getting). It goes like stink, well when my previous car was a 1.4 it feels very fast. Found it at a local vw dealership with 70,000 miles and 1 previous owner who had looked after it very well indeed.

What you guys think then?

it's nice but the R32 badge would look lovely on the mk1 after you've swapped the engine in  :wink:

You would not believe the amount of people that have already said that to me. Although i personally would not want to as the engine would be too heavy for the car and wouldn't handle well at all. But sure i would love the straight line speed of it hehe

thats my next car…… had the auto vr6 highline 10 years now and it needs upgrading…… soon looking at your r32…. makes me feel like im missing out on something when i see them…
