My New Year's resolutions are: 1. Stop making lists. B. Be more consistent. 7. Learn to count.

It's a shame these aren't as highly valued and appreciated as Mk1 Golfs, a guy on the Mk1 polo forum had one with about 5K miles from new and it still only realised about £1500! (The new owner then tried to list it on numerous sites for £10K but it didn't sell!). That's got to be worth near to a Mk1 Golf in similar condition surely!
I'd hang on to it if I were you, but if you do sell it I hope that a new owner will cherish it and keep it original.
I wish ours was as 'box fresh' as that!

Yeah i know what u mean mate,i wish it was a 40k mk1 golf, but i think i saw the low milage one u mean,it was later than mine with horrible plastic bumpers etc, they dont quite look anywhere as good as the ones from before 80!But anyway im not too bothered wether i sell it or not,the only object i have at the moment is space,i have 8 cars at the moment and cant keep them all,but have plans for them all and because this is the newest addition i took on at 1st glance,it didnt really hit home that i havnt got room for it until a few days later, its way too good to leave outside,so at the moment is in one of my garages taking up a space that was already taken by another. If i could find a place for it then perhaps i will hang onto it but i would want to change it a bit to make it tolerable, but in a way i dont want to ruin it!

to someone who will. Would be a bit of a shame to mess around with it.
But at the end of the day its your car and you can do what you want with it though, dont listen to me!.
