Window winder
The drivers' side window winder has sheared off the other day. Is this a simple job to repair? Ideally, I would like to do this myself. Mine is a '88 GTI cabrio. Any advice would be much appreciated.

There is a screw underneath the handle.
The handle is basially in 2 parts, a metal component that is covered by the plastic outer casing.
Pop the outer plastic casing away and you should see the screw in the middle bit, just undo and replace. It's quite straight forward. Just lever the outer edge away.
