Wow, looks great 8) , you can "tighten" down the roof by adjusting the hooks on the hood handles, also check that
the seals on the underside of the roof are being squashed down etc. Failing that, have you removed the windscreen?.
If you have, could be that water is getting under the screen rubber, lift it and stick a seal of silicone round the edge.
Failing that (if it still leaks) dry it out completely, get some "blotting paper" stick it all over the floor…………
then get a watering can / hose etc.. and water down each side until the paper absorbs the water, wait a while
before starting another area as water takes a bit of time to ingress, you should then be able to detect what
area is leaking, also check the door rubbers themselves as these fail as well. did it leak before working on it?
if it didnt , its got to be the hood.
Hope this helps & best of luck

Forgot to add……….
Open bonnet, check behind scuttle panel, in front of windscreen, look at the 2 rubber grommets (1 left 1 right)
make sure they are clear, otherwise water will build up and spill down the heater channel (middle of car) and
down in to footwell.

emma, your car looks great. replied to your pm about the leak, but I am pretty sure that its the grommets clogging up. I have just lifted mine out and left in the tray. that way you can leave the wires you say you have running thru them.. try it for a couple of weeks to see if it stops
here's a pic of your car I lifted for the post
