after spending time round so many golfs after helping jamiegolf i now have a mk1 of my own to play with cost me £500 needing some work so i will upload pics as we go along

pics of it as we got it

today as it sat in the sun

then we got it in the garage and set to work on the engine as on starting it it sounded like a bag of nails the rattle was something else

then jamie seemed pleased to get his hands on it
we set about swapping all the bits over from the old gti engine to the other once it was on the floor

engine less and up out the way for now while we finished swapping the bits over then put the shafts back in so we could put wheels back on so we can roll it out for work in the morning

back on its wheels minus engine as clutch to change and few other little bits before we put engine back in wed night

also need some work in here too…!

will upload more pics on wed night when we get more done to it

progress has been slow on my poor golf but i am now running on a nice set of15" 3pc split rims which i should have pics for but my camerea died after i took em (new camera needed now) and few small bit done to it but spending to much time driving it at the moment

have fitted some goodies i got from the ultimate dubs show
smoked crystal crosshair headlights
