project shrek

I got my mk1 at the start of February it has been one thing then another going wrong with it.




As you can see some monkey befor me did a bit of a bodge on the engine. So from day one i have been trying to get her to run properly.I have done some work on the engine to get her running a bit better.



As and when i do more i will keep updating.

ok mate will do still a bit new to putting pictures up :roll:

So far i have had to replace the rear wheel bearings,put in a vapour seporator,fuel return line idicator relay revers light switch and a new front grill as it was broken when i got it i think he must of hit a bird or something as it was full of feathers.

Which is the new look, single light or twin..

I hopeyour going to say single, think it looks so much better

The new one is the single my other halfs brother in law had it in his boot so it only cost me a beer

Best thing to do with those light brows is to play star wars with the, pretend they a re alight saber and smash theminto things… lol

any other plans???

A wee bit stuck at the moment not quite shore what to do next as there is so much that needs to be done.I may do the rear spats and chin out of carbon fiber so you get the new with the old or may just keep it originle will see how things go at the weekend when my new engine bits get hear.

So rear spats in carbon fibre too?

thanks my mate works on photoshop all day so he did it for me

Got board at work yester day so cleaned up some old bits to pass the time.

Going to stick the in the boot for dc09 if any body wants them with a few other little bits and bobs.

i think so mate but not a 100% on that.
it was named project shrek because when i first got her she was a we bit ugly.
