after striping the car of everything i started to strip all the paint and under seal off the whole car to see what i was working with and its not to bad but not to good eather lol
this is what i found that needed doing#
the car was hit up the rear once in its life and not been fixed tidy
the o/s rear wing needs some work
both rear beam mounts need something doing lol
This is bout as far as i got apart from putting the running gear back on to move the car just need to fix my welder and i can get right back to work on all the welding then get all the underside resealed and painted will update soon as i can

Hi mate,
We've got the same car from the same year and have started taking them apart at the same time….weeeird.
The funny thing is that I took a day removing very small easy to remove things, while you're car is down to a shell!
All the best with this, you can come and help me as soon as you're done
What do you fancy doing? I haven't even decided yet, just want to know she's mint.
Also, how easy was it removing front wings and what did you use to remove the paint?
Oh, did i mention I have never taken anything apart more complicated than my nokia?
Good Luck,
WeeTony

Not to sound cliche or to say that Honestal hasn't done it but from experience.. take your bloody time in taking things off and putting them into neatly and well labelled freezer bags from tesco.
I'm just about to start putting mine back together and God it's easy… because i spent alot of time labelling!!
