lovely mate, looks to be in cracking condition. whats that black thing on the drivers side rear panel?

Ugly thing eh? Its a 1980's alarm switch…

I thought about removing, filling and repaint the panel… but think that'll do more harm than good.

The cars only done 87k miles, pretty much full VW Main Dealer history… was garaged for 10 years - only did about 100 miles… before I purchased. Needed to do fuel system… other than that, and the gear linkages, and normal service…. its perfect.

Now runs really well… interior like new, no wear and tear…

Would like to show it…. perhaps take it to Uttox?
