Got hold of this a couple of months ago, just in the process of doing some updating and welding, the whole mk3 running gear was in it when I got it,I've put a cover sill on the one side along with a disc rear axle, braided brake hoses ,ploy bushed back end, removed the rear window and the inner lining and had a piece of vibac stitched in to replace the glass, relocated fog light to back lights,mk3 high line leather front seats, doing away with the backs, going to remove the divide in the engine bay between the engine and the wiper motor etc, smooth the panel off etc, removed the heater box etc as the car is just abit of summer time fun, just getting rid of as much weight as possible ,may leave the lower dash metal section out too, cant decide, the tintop,s dont have one fitted and im sure as its a side to side brace and not a front to back brace it could be left out,few pics of some of the work as I've gone

Fair way to go to get her back on the road but she's gonna really shift. When you hoping to have her done by?

theres not really that much to do,just alot of tiding up etc, once the engine bay is done just leaves the wiring to tidy up behind the dash etc and refit, and then trim the interior etc,not refitting the heater etc,not even going to fit a radio i dont think, just want it as simple and as light as possible, once its back on the road i think i will be bolting a supercharger etc on to it,,
