My Mk1 Cabby called flog

i only joined yesterday and i have had a very very warm welcome

this is my very muched loved 1990 MK1 karmen clipper that i call flog

recently had a new hood fitted in tan canvas as the original grey leather got slashed
the seats are all grey leather a lil tatty but i prefer the trem loved
it has eletric hood but not yet working, the motor runs just not linked up,
eletric windows but them motors could do with replacing too
full powerflow exhaust system, which does wake a few of the people round my street ops
15" ronal turbos but the tyres are massive but will be getting some stretch tyres on it soon

and yes that is a pilchard soft toy in the window

tyres are like balloons, i had the same size on my 15s, get sum 165/50's on em and it'll look the dogs bits

they are like tractor tyers lol im just gettin a price on some stretched tyres in that size now and she is on fully adjustable fk coilovers so she is goin low

and my pussy (cat) gets pride of place on the back seat

but at the mo mine is jacked to sky so they arent really doing alot
but that will change soon

nice car, really clean youv'e done some nice mods. the roof looks amazing in tan against the red. typical woman driver though scuff on corner of front bumper

it is golf spelt backwards so ur rite on that 1 and i got it for a steel

and the scuff on the front drivers side bumper was done in asda car park and i stupidly parked on the end of the row and some1 either backed into me or drove past… i was gutted when i came back to the car

spent over an hour an half in asda trying to get the cctv off them so i could find who did it.

the roof was grey as standard but when it got slashed tan was the warmer choice of colour but everything else is standard
i still have the hood cover but thats in grey lol

slowly carring on with her as work is manic. put some chrome inserts in the handles last week and have a chrome trimmed dash comming thanx to scuba    just been cleanig and polishing really

but next big thing is the door cards , im trimming them in the grey leather and fitting some new speakers as from the old leak she had has blown em and re trimming the parcel shelf in the same leather and fittin a small sub in the boot with an amp

deffo hood down system up style

ronals look the dogs danglies on mk1s, rag or tin top. you have done some cool stuff to your car, very classy look, body work looks in good nick as well.

the paint work is good but not wen u get nearer

the bonnet has a few chips and the scuff on the bumper and parts of the doors are faded and the boot lid is too but a G3 will sort that out
