my mandarin orange mk1! project low and unbelievably slow!
-full glass out respray
-Engine re-build, new valves, stem seals, guides, cambelt, headgasket, thermostat, radiator, new rear suspension
its a series one so has the different seatbelts, small lights, the S1 dash and clocks

plans are to get it low and some nice wheels for now then see what happens

- tried to take the fuel tank off then realised id need to take off the rear beam so tried to work away around it without having to take it off.
- took the sender out it turned out to be nice and orange!


-so after an hour of cleaning that up and unblocking the pipes i thought hey presto! job done!
-then we got to the rubber pipe joint from the tank to the filler neck is perished so i need i new one.
- oh and now the fuel lines are air locked so i need to drag the fuel through
