Irish Golf Complete Rebuild

Well after many years I have finally take my 1980 MK1 Golf GTI out of my parents garage and moved it over to my house.





Have to strip it done and sort out lots of rust, Jellybelly has shown me the way.

First need to build a out door cover for it as it just fitted in to my garage.
Am going to get it dipped when done as will never sell this car.
Wwill take me ages but no hurry as we have the rest of our lives together.

glad i have encourged another one to get stuck in

you got any pictures of the problem areas?

I'll post some tomorrow. Floor does not look to good but just will take it one piece at a time
