Golf Clipper

Hi there.  'Spudfingers' told me to put some piccies up at some point so here i am…..

1991 Golf Clipper, weve had it for around 1 year now and havent really done much to it, apart from fitting the wheels recently.  Now i know porsche wheels on a golf has been done to death but i still think they look amazing.  Enjoy the pics :mrgreen: ……………..

What plans you got for it?  Is it just for weekends or a daily driver?

My missus uses it most days for work.  

Other plans are get the boot lid debadged and resprayed cos some moron valeter let his garage door slam onto it.   

I want to change the front grille to a more classic version with the chrome surround.

Ive got a new(er) bonnet to put on cos that ones dented thats on it at the mo.

Thats about it really, we'll see how it goes.  I'll probably find something else to fiddle about with on it in the fiture but no big plans really as it gets used most days.

Very nice, wheels defo suit it. I was torn between these and design 90's, eventually went for the D90's. But I think both look good. Do you remember a guy had a set of these machiened to look like P slots in The Golf mag ages ago?
