Back in Action!Been polishing

After my old landlord decided to sell  his land with my old workshop its all been up in the air a bit lately sorting out another one.
After pulling out lots of hair,spending lots of money i`m now back in action with Mk1 malarkey again  
Here`s my latest offering,another Y plate Lasha green number needing attention…

She`s in pretty good shape apart from your usual back panel and arches rot



So out comes all the rust..




While the welding was going on i got down to rubbing all the old paint off down to the original VW primer just to be safe

ive got to paint the other halfs mini got it all in primer but not sure of the process what grade paper to sand it ready for paint

also whats the mix for paint activator and thinners?

Hi mate, nice work. How much are you charging for the work on this car? I'm doing the welding on mine but should be in the same condition as this one when finished. Just wanted a rough price on how much mine would cost.
