Trade section in the classifieds

Would a trade section in the classifieds be possible ? Was thinking it could be quite a good little section for parts your willing to trade for other parts instead of selling?

I wonder how much demand there would be for this sort of thing??

I suppose unless you try you never know but I don't think it's very popular on other forums I am a member of.

The idea was floated middle of last year.
It would of been like the good old fashioned 'Swap Shop' for kids from the BBC in the 70's (yeah showing my age).

Tried to find the post but….  
Anyhow in short there was (from memory)  50/50 split with the idea and I guess that was it.

I was very much for the idea but others weren't. Can't even remember who started it now but some else might!

Maybe a swap/trade bit should belong in the individual regional sections of the forum….. at least then you have a chance of meeting and exchanging things instead of having to post.
