Profile Picture (can't upload)

Hello. Trying to sort out my profile, before posting, and for one reason or another I cannot upload a profile picture. Each attempt receives an error message that reads: "the passwords do not match". Tried multiple times. Even changed password. Still no joy. Cheers, Jon
