Hi,
First off, the new site is looking good!
I appear to have lost all my PM's (PT's?)
I dunno if it can be sorted?
Thanks
Rob

I think there is going to be a lot of people who need their old PM messages back as a lot of info was stored within them and also what has happened to all of our posts ? it says 325 currently for me but on the old forum I had nearer 600 not a lot compared to most members I know but just wondered why this has happened.

Also a small point perhaps but those of us with longer usernames are now spread over 2 lines rather than 1. Normas for example is now NORMASNOCK

Apparently the old forum counted pm's as part of your post count, hence why the post counts are all over the place :-)

I never noticed that haha I may have to change my username and remove the 2nd "N" replace with a "C" and drop the "ERS" that should fit on 1 line but think I would get kicked off the site lol

Is there a way of removing your own posts without deleting each individual comment I mean, As I am sure that was the only way on the old site unless a MOD removed the whole thing? but once someone else had commented on it you could not delete is that right? It would be handy being able to delete your own complete posts maybe you already can and I just dont know about it?

also old posts within the classifieds might have been removed
they used to on the old site as well
I think this is the reason for the post count drop (I'm guessing a bit here). On the old site the most classifieds were set to auto delete after a set period of inactivity but the count for the post was retained. On transferring all the forums over, the posts that were auto deleted are obviously not here so they cant be counted. That's my theory anyway as you guys that seem to have lost a lot on your counts post a lot in the classifieds. PM's have never contributed to post count.

This was the text from Ade. (lhasadreams)
"Your post count was because the old system counted PMs as well"
So is this true or not?

Does it really matter?
As far as I am aware pm`s in the old nuke system did not contribute to your post count

PM's didn't count IMO as I had over 150 pm's in my old inbox and replied to each one at least once some were 12 page conversations
