Help with new site - guide ?

I'm sorry to say that I'm having real difficulty in navigating through the new site and what to do where and what half of it actually means, is there a 'how to' guide and if there is. can anyone post it up ?  .. that's if I can find it thanks

Yeah few bits ive no idea about, took me an hour to find log out, but i understand the bits i actually need (i think)

Ok, small list to start with

1)finding new posts as scroll bar gone

1. what does 'shout' mean
2. points system

when you log in on the forum

click forum

then the top left is a box, then  post since last visit

points system,

everything you do on the forum earns you points, with your points either buy things, gamble them, gift them to other

you need to have a certain amount of points to start a new thread in the classifieds

not sure about "shout" let me look into it
