I remember on the old site you could enter a mk1 reg number and see if anyone had registered it on here over the years. Can you still do this? Cant seem to find it anywhere? (have not been on here for a while!)

You're right it used to be on the old site. I think there are plans to move it here but it needs manually inputting if my memory serves me right - which will take muchos time!  

So, not sure if and when it's going to appear again

That's a shame…… it was handy for anyone thinking of buying a car or just nice to know that the car you own has been on here at some point. Lets hope it appears again. Maybe a job for a bored moderator with nothing to do on these winter months!! 

perhaps in mean time we could start a new one where users add infor on cars they own/owned ?

It's on my list of things to do !

In fact it is partially implemented - it needs some custom code which I mostly have done.

Just need more hours in a day !

we've got nearly 4k members on the facebook page from all over so would be good to record where they all are and point more traffic here

Your reg looks very familiar to a white one I owned that I sold to a guy up in newcastle way. I'll boot my old computer up when I get back from my holidays and have a look at what pictures I still have of it.

Cut'n'paste from the Campaign Register dated 6th. December 2004 -

E254 FBD clipper cab EX was Red now White
E77 DMB white gti cab sold 2008 ish.

Have pic's of it still and seen it since in much better condition!
Will add spaz the cabs reg once I get the logbook.
