Attachment button missing

It was there before
The attachment button on the right is missing when I create a new post or try to make a reply. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Did you find any solution to this? Mine's gone missing again. I'd post a picture to show but I can't :p
I have tried using different browsers and different computers but still the same..
