£5 for Classified Access

Post

Say if someone new (with under 150 posts) pays the £5 for classified access, are they able to post items for sale immediatly or do they need to wait for an Admin to change settings on their account or something along those lines?

If they pay £5.00 then they can sell. I'm not sure about an 'upgrade'.

Ok so as soon as the £5 has been paid the user will then have access to sell?

just click on the section you would like to post in, ie cars for sale, interior items for sale, exterior items for sale etc etc.

you should see a button mid screen on right hand side "add topic" - click that

that brings up a full editor, give your topic a name and write a description (dont forget to include price and location ;))

once youve typed up your advert click the "add topic" button which this time appears under the editor

No skin of my nose but for clubs finances sake, if ive got this right, so someone can join, pay £5 and 5 minutes later advertise a car for 4, 5 10,000 pounds, surely thats too little, surely it should at least be as much as paid membership. Sure ebay / autotrader etc cost much more.

It was not done for the money side of things. It was done to stop people who just join up to sell, the £5 barrier has been really effective, only genuine folk seem to pay for it
