I was in a pet shop the other day getting some supplies and I happen to overhear a Dad discussing with his daughter whether they should buy a Gerbil or a Rabbit. She wanted the Gerbil but her Dad came up with the killer argument to get the Rabbit. After acknowledging how cute the Gerbil was her said "why don't we get the Rabbit, honey? Pound for pound it's much better value for money".
Until the above "rag tops" statement, buying pets by the pound was the daftest reasoning I had ever heard but this beats it hands down.
Well done that man!
