Sportline speaker pod with window switches

Wow not cheap. These have started to rocket up in price.

Are they supposed to have the window switches there? I thought that's what the two blanks either side of my centre console hood switch were for?!

Not sure I agree the blanks on centre console are for windows. As that's standard.but without being fully clued up on cars I'd think that speaker pod was another upgrade option. More in keeping with modern cars.

Just a new or unused console cover plate. I'm looking for plate also as I don't have electric windows.and now had immobiliser upgraded the installer drilled another hole through my cover leaving the old immobiliser key reset in.so now have 2 and not 1 in the blanks. Again maybe shughy may have more info regarding the upgrade options etc.

I've never seen window switches there before!  

And I've seen dozens of pairs of these because I was thinking about buying a pair myself from Austria or Germany but decided against it.

That's what I mean! I've just remembered that Rivage heated switch buttons go there I think but that would be the five button version. Makes me think these eBay ones are retro fitted to the pods. Good idea, but still pricey if you're looking for original. I've got an immobilizer in one blank and a 'not sure what that retro fitted button does' in the other. Anyone got a blank to sell??

Ha ha - no worries! As luck would have it my immobiliser failed today so had to have it bypassed! However will use this as an opportunity to specify a discrete place for a new one and source two blanks!!!

Having seen the prices in the UK and Germany, I think I will start buying up some of this stuff as I think I can do fairly nicely!    

Cheers for that! New immobiliser being fitted on the 5th so will be on the hunt for two blanks now, having established the 'button' does nothing!!
