Looks to be white metal or aluminium.

Seller has it listed as postage within Germany only, but I've found if you ask they'll quite often agree to post to the UK.

Looks fairly neat and unique but I think its a plastic body.

The bigger issue is where the heck can you buy the rest of the parts from! O_o

an unfinished project....?? translation reads:

Sell old Golf GTI with 1 motor without control I suspect it is the scale of 1:12 , but is no guarantee Condition see pictures. Great craft project for the winter. Expressly sold as a defect also says 'for parts or not working'
