Whining noise nsf wheel

Got a whining noise coming from the nsf wheel, is it possibly the wheel bearing, although there is no movement on the wheel, or possibly the diff, does it when in or out of gear, when car is going over 20mph?

When turning right does the sound stop? You need to corner hardish...
