Howdy folks, just fitted vectra brakes on the golf , just double checking should I use thread lock on the sliding pins? Also is there anti rattle things on the brake pads? Lastly I torqued them to 60 nm as per golf settings does that sound ok?

Looking good!
Torque setting should be fine as I imagine it's the original bolts into the original holes? If so it's fine as the torques are there to avoid over tightening as well as under tightening. If you're concerned then use a bit of thread lock.
Yup you should have anti rattle thingies I'd have thought but see how you get on. Did any come with the pads?
Sliders, you could use thread lock, it won't do any harm but if torqued correctly they should be fine.
