Hi,

Does anyone know how these center caps are held in place?

Put wheel on and tight up bolts. Hold cap in position and give it a firm slap, should click into place wedged between the bolt shoulders.

Thanks for the reply. Do I need to use plastic bolt covers to help hold it in place or should it be okay without?

ok without, they are just extra trim
